In order to become a direct seller / Distributor of Leadvision Trading (India) Pvt. Ltd.., Please read the following instructions carefully and affirm to the same. Once the declaration are answered in affirmative You can proceed to fill in the online direct seller application form.

1. Glaze is a Direct Selling Company engaged in the Sale and Marketing of FGMG products in multiple categories like personal care, skin care, homecare, nutrition, plant growth activators etc. Direct Selling envisages an alternate distribution channel for the sale and marketing of products and services through direct sellers in non-store retail format. Direct sellers are independent contractors who purchase products from the company at wholesale prices and sell it to customers at retail. Direct sellers may sponsor other persons as direct sellers to expand their sales network and earn higher incentives based on group sales. All incentive paid by the company are factored on product sales. No income or incentive is paid solely for the act of recruitment. Glaze business opportunity is not an investment scheme, money collection or circulation scheme, recruitment scheme to make easy money or money circulation.

2. Glaze business opportunity is an invitation of offer to individuals to join as a Direct Seller to promote its direct selling business. There is no requirement or pre-requisite to purchase any sales aid or products of Glaze for becoming a Direct Seller. Direct Seller application Form and Agreement is free of any charge. In case any individual is interested in becoming a Direct Seller he must go through the Distributor Orientation program which is free and otherwise available in the website www.glazegalway.com. Every applicant needs a sponsor who in turn is responsible to acquaint the prospective direct seller / applicant about the material terms of the contract including the remuneration system and products.

3. In case a Direct Seller wants to quit the business after becoming a Direct Seller viz. within the cooling off period (i.e. 30 Days from the date of Joining), all unsold inventory purchased during the first 30 days from the date of joining which are in a saleable condition can be returned against full refund. Any customer not satisfied with the product can return the same in saleable condition to his Direct Seller within the cooling off period and seek exchange or full refund. In case a Direct Seller wishes to terminate his contract, all unsold inventory lying with him which are in saleable condition and within a reasonable shelf life can be returned subject to the deduction of incentive and handling charges.

4. I Acknowledge that I have gone through the Orientation Program of Glaze Business opportunity, about its free joining policy, remuneration or incentive system provided in the Sales and Marketing Plan, Product refund and return policy, Product purchase and buyback policy and I agree to be bound by all of them. I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions together with the Direct Seller Manual (Direct Seller Application and Agreement Form (b) Rules and Regulations(c) Code of Ethics (d) Policies & Procedures (e) Sales and Marketing Plan (f) Product Manual) which together constitutes the entire Direct Selling Contract.

5. I confirm that the information provided in the Application Form along with the supporting documents (i.e. Aadhar, Driving Licence etc.) is true and correct. Furthermore, I understand and agree that my information may be used in accordance with Glaze Privacy Policy. I have signed and submitted this Application Form under my own free will. I understand that till my Application Form is accepted by Glaze, I am granted a limited temporary revocable right to buy and sell Glaze Products.

6. I declare that I am of the age of 18 years, is of sound mind and is not disqualified from contracting by any law of India

7. Acceptance of this Direct Seller Application Form is at the sole discretion of Glaze. Non-Submission of duly signed hard copy of this Form and Agreement will lead to cancellation of Provisional ID and forfeiture of all benefits.
